Business ethics consists of a set of moral principles and values that govern the behavior of the organization with respect to what is right and what is wrong. • Directors, officers and employees must maintain the confidentiality of confidential information entrusted to them by the Company, its customers and suppliers, except when disclosure is authorized by the Company or legally mandated. Confidential information includes all non-public information that might be of use to the Company’s competitors, or that could be harmful to the Company, its customers or suppliers, if disclosed.
• All business dealings, contracts and transactions should be straight forwardly fair in all aspects of business and accounting principles.

They must commit to individual conduct in accordance with the Company's Business Practices and Code of Ethics and observe both the spirit and the letter of the Code in their dealings on the Company's behalf.
